Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have further questions.

a) Website visits
When you visit our website, our servers automatically store some technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access). This is necessary to ensure the website runs securely and smoothly.

If you write us an email or use a contact form, we process your name, email address and your message in order to reply to you.

d) Ticketing and merchandise
When you purchase tickets or merchandise through our partners or directly from us, the necessary personal and payment data (e.g. name, address, payment details) will be processed to handle the order and shipping.
e) Social media and streaming platforms
If you interact with us on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or Spotify, the respective platforms collect data under their own responsibility. We may receive aggregated insights (for example, how many people streamed our music in a certain country) but we cannot identify individuals from this data.

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests (e.g. secure operation of the website, communication with fans, promotion of our music).
3. How we share your data
We treat your personal data with care. We only share it with third parties when this is necessary for our activities or when we are legally obliged to do so.
a) Service providers
We work with carefully selected service providers (for example, hosting companies, newsletter tools, or IT support). They may process data on our behalf and are bound by strict agreements under data protection law.
b) Payment and shipping partners
If you order merchandise or tickets, we pass on the necessary information (e.g. name, address, payment details) to our payment providers and shipping companies so that your order can be completed.
c) Event partners
For concerts and festivals, organizers may require us to provide guest list details (for example, your name if you are on the guest list). This is only done with your consent.
d) Legal obligations
In some cases, we are legally required to share data with public authorities (for example, for tax reasons).
e) Social media & external platforms
If you click on links to platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify or similar, these platforms process your data under their own responsibility. Please check their respective privacy policies for details.
